Shalini has over 17+ years of experience in academics and 7 years in the advertising industry.

Dr. Shalini has been writing research papers on Branding and Marketing concepts. Shalini is a Project Coordinator for Erasmus+ Project 2023-2026 - Grant Agreement No-101127505 AIDEdu, Capacity Building for Teaching Learning in HEI.

Dr. Shalini Bariar is a grant holder of Erasmus Plus Project co-funded by the European commission on which she is working on Erasmus + KA02 project on capacity building in the field of higher education on the topic "Internationalization of Higher Education".

Dr. Shalini Bariar has been a pioneer for setting the culture of Internationalization in VESIM and handled the cooperation with various International universities.

She has attended formal training of the International Relations Office at Spanish Partner University and performs activities responsible for promotion of Internationalization of Higher Education.

She has also performed teaching activities under Erasmus + funding program in European universities and is responsible for the Promotion of Internationalization of Higher Education in India, Nepal, and Europe.

She has experience in submission for Grant proposals for new calls for Erasmus+ Projects in CBHE and Student and Faculty Exchange.

  • 2002: PGDBM from EMPI Business School, New Delhi.
  • 1998: BSc in Zoology, Botany from Lucknow University.
  • Best Teacher Award in Marketing by Higher Education Forum in 2019.
