Dr. Seema Sant is Professor and Associate Dean – Human Resources at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research (VESIMSR). She also heads the Research Centre, driving the institute’s research initiatives, enhancing infrastructure, and managing the Ph.D. program.

Dr. Seema Sant is a recognized Ph.D. guide under the University of Mumbai and SNDT Women’s University has successfully mentored four research scholars to the completion and award of their doctoral degrees.

Her area of research focuses on Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, E-Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology in HR. Her research work is widely recognized, with several papers published in Scopus and ABDC-listed international journals.

She is the author of the book "Training & Development" and holds professional certifications including Saville International Accreditation and Certified POSH Trainer. She played a key role in establishing the VESIM Behavioural Assessment Centre (VEBAC) and has successfully conducted Management Development Programs for organizations such as CCYM, Vatsalya Trust, and Walplast Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Seema has also trained over 500 Chartered Accountants through ICAI’s General Management & Communication Skills Program and served as a Master Trainer under the PRIDE project by BOSCH and NSDC (under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and entrepreneurship, Government of India). She continues to inspire students and professionals through her research, teaching, and training initiatives.
