Dr. Jyoti Chandwani has done her Ph.D. (Management) from Sardar Vallabbhai Institute of Technology (SVNIT) with a co-guide from IIM Ahmedabad, MHRD, MA (English).

A veteran faculty & an Emotional Intelligence enthusiast, with an expertise of over 15 years in academia & 4 years of industry knowledge, coupled with a strong sense of Spirituality & Mindfulness.

She has also mastered the realms of Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Research Methodology, and HR.

She has several awards and research papers to her credit in the field of Women Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship.

Her take on Emotional Intelligence interlaced education help students realize their ultimate potential while maintaining overall sanity.
