VESIM is committed towards maintaining and nurturing a safe and healthy workplace for the members of the institute community. The committee seeks to ensure an academic work environment free of sexual harassment of any sort and is designed to meet the legal requirements under ‘the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’ read with University Grants Commission (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015.
