More than just a teacher, she ignites minds with financial expertise. Her passion for guiding and mentoring students transcends mere instruction, fostering a vibrant community of future financial leaders. A seasoned expert in wealth management, derivatives & risk management, portfolio management, and financial modelling, Dr. Motwani's knowledge empowers.

Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies. Her influence, however, extends well beyond the classroom. With over 14 years of academic experience, she has previously contributed to premier B-schools such as N. L. Dalmia and Chetana. Industry professionals have honed their skills under her mentorship in areas like financial literacy and wealth management.

Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Motwani sharpened her expertise in the corporate world, consulting on risk management for financial powerhouses like HSBC, Deutsche Bank, J M Financials, and L&T Infra. This dynamic blend of theoretical acumen and hands-on industry experience forms the foundation of her impactful teaching.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, her current research explores the complexities of solvency models, contributing to the evolving landscape of financial stability. Further extending her reach, she also served as a facilitator at the Indian Navy's training centre, INS Hamla, in Mumbai—demonstrating her versatility and commitment to financial education across sectors.
