Neha Patil is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at VESIM (Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research), Mumbai. She is UGC NET qualified in Management and holds a PGDM in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.E. in Production Engineering from KIT's College of Engineering, Kolhapur.

Her teaching spans engineering and management programmes, with a learner-centred, outcome-based approach. Before academia and alongside it, she worked as a project engineer and 5S consultant, implementing lean practices, Kaizen and ISO-aligned documentation in manufacturing firms.

Her research links lean and 5S practices to environmental sustainability. She teaches Business Process Management, Operations Management and Manufacturing Resource Planning, and her interests include lean systems, quality management and process improvement.
