Dr. Deepakshi Jaiswal

Dr. Deepakshi Jaiswal is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resource Management with over eight years of teaching and research experience in reputed higher education institutions. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, with research focusing on Human Resource Management Practices and Employee Creativity in the Hotel Industry.

Her area of interest in teaching includes Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She has published research papers in reputed Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC- CARE indexed journals, including publications in Q1 and Q2 international journals, and has presented her work at national and international conferences.

She actively contributes to academic development through faculty development programmes and organizing academic events. She is proficient in advanced quantitative research techniques, including Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), SPSS, AMOS, and Hayes PROCESS Macro.
