Dr. Bhavna Raina, currently an Assistant Professor at VESIM since April 2019, specializes in teaching Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, International Human Resource Management, Training and Development, and Organization Development. She is responsible for overseeing the Projects Cell and Women’s Development Cell and serves on the Internal Complaints Committee and Discipline Cell. She also holds the position of Associate Editor for the Journal of Development Research, published by Sage.
Dr. Raina holds a Ph.D. in Management from Mumbai University, has cleared the UGC-Net in June 2013, and possesses a master’s degree in human resource management. Additionally, she has a bachelor’s degree in public administration and has completed a Hotel Management degree from Pusa Institute, New Delhi.
She is Certified as Master Assessor and Master Trainer by MEPSC, Govt. of India. Dr. Bhavna Raina is also PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) Practitioner from Thomas Assessments- International Certified BEI (Behavioural Event Interviewing) Practitioner from Aon Hewitt. She is a certified POSH trainer. She done Six months Executive Development Program on Labour laws for Managers from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has Certification on Fundamentals of Business from Harvard Business School –HBX Core.
Throughout her career, Dr. Raina has presented and published numerous papers, contributing to the field of HR and management with a focus on employee engagement, organizational support, and talent management in various sectors. She has conducted various training programs for corporates and academia in field of soft/Management skills, team building, BEI.
