She is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Management Studies and Research. She had done doctorate in Management PhD from JJTU University, Masters in Philosophy from Vinayaka Mission University and M.Com in Management from University of Mumbai. 

She has completed her Advance Diploma in Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Training Institute, Mumbai and Certification in AdWords Video by Google. 

She has 15 years of academic experience in post graduate and under graduates level and 1 year Industry experience. She worked on deputation with Standard Charted Bank as a team Manager.
