Bhavana Raina
Prof. Bhavna Raina is a Human Resource Professional with Industry and academic experience. She has qualified her NET in management and is pursuing her doctorate from Mumbai University. She has a total experience of 15 years in corporate and academic. She started her career with Ernst & Young (E&Y) in HR consulting division where she did projects in compensation benchmarking, restructuring and organization development, talent management etc. She later joined Parivar Seva Sanstha (PSS), an NGO, as Manager – Human Resources where she was in-charge of talent acquisition and learning & development. In Human Resources she has taught various subjects like Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Organisation Development & Change, Organisation Theory , Structure & Design and Strategic Human Resource Management. Her areas of interest in research are employee engagement, human resource practices, emotional labour, Talent management, Work Values.
In her previous academic assignment she has been a part of HR Cell helping in designing HR policies for the institution. Presently she is part of Project Coordination team in the institute. She has written and presented articles in academic journals and conferences. She has been a part of interview panels for selection of candidates in various institures. She has conducted HR certification programs and been a part of speaking engagements in colleges on Human Resources and Leadership.
She has got her certification from Harvard Business School-HBX Core in Fundamentals of Business. She also has certification in Behavioral Event Interviewing from Aon Hewitt.
