Dr. Ajay Kumar Gupta

Dr Ajay Gupta has 25 years of rich and diversified experience that includes 09 years in Indian Air Force, 09 years in Banking and 07 years in management teaching and research.

Dr Gupta is Erasmus Mundus Fellow, from University of Milan, Italy. He completed his Ph.D. in management and labour studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and holds Master in management from Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines.

He has taught in T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, An AACSB and prestigious management Institute in India and is currently working as an Associate Professor, Human Resource Management, with Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai and Chairperson for Case Research and Development Centre.

He has conducted various workshops on Qualitative Research and ATLAS.ti in many prestigious institutes like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, (TISS), Banasthali University, Rajasthan and National Law University, Delhi etc. He is resource person for the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development and Change Management, program conducted by TISS.

His area of interest is Qualitative Research, ATLAS.ti, Organizational Psychology, Management Practices, Employees’ Morale, Well-being and Motivation across sectors. He used ATLAS.ti, extensively in his thesis.
