Every year VESIM celebrates its Annual Festival ‘Glimpses’ which is organized by the Students’ Welfare Committee (SWC) & Cultural Committee - the event beyond a traditional cultural fest and ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees. The event also unfolds an exciting lineup of sports activities, which highlights students' dedication to fitness. It is followed by dynamic musical and dance performances that showcased the institute’s artistic diversity. The celebration concludes with the prize distribution for Insanity, a Sports Cell initiative recognizing student achievements in athletic excellence and fostering inter-cell collaboration.

Sponsorship provided attendees with quality refreshments, further enhanced the overall experience. The event witness’s participation from different backgrounds and is aimed to provide a platform for them to showcase their talents in singing, dancing, and performing arts, fostering confidence and self-expression. It also promotes cultural appreciation, creativity, and engagement, making it a holistic celebration of talent and team spirit on campus.

Every year Students Welfare Committee celebrates Teachers Day on 05th September to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan a renowned scholar and former President of India whose birthday is observed as Teachers’ Day across India. The program begins with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, accompanied by a soulful Saraswati Vandana. SWC members welcome the faculty and set the tone for a memorable day. The students of VESIM expressed their thankfulness to their professors for their selfless service as well as shaping the life of various students. The Student Welfare Committee (SWC) has the honour of organizing a special Teacher’s Day celebration to express their gratitude and appreciation for the faculty members. The event is attended exclusively by the teachers and the SWC members, allowing for a relaxed and personal environment to celebrate the contributions of our teachers.

The SWC works diligently to ensure the celebration is enjoyable, and the positive response from the faculty reflects the success of the event. The students are addressed by our Director Sir, and other Faculty members throwing light on importance of education in one’s life. Students also arrange various fun games and activities, with a gift as token of appreciation which is followed by cake cutting and refreshments. The program concludes with a vote of thanks, followed by a group photo session where students and faculty interacted informally, strengthening the sense of community. The celebration strengthens the bond between students and teachers, and it’s a proud moment for students to have created a memorable experience for our respected faculty.
